88fz Terms & Conditions — Platform User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "88fz," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 88fz platform at 88fz.org, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" means the 88fz website at 88fz.org, including all pages, games, features, promotions, and services made available thereon.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88fz platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration at 88fz.
• "Funds" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held in a User's 88fz account, including both real-money balances and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, and any other wagering products offered on the 88fz platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other non-cash benefit credited to a User's account subject to applicable terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by law.

Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an account at 88fz, you must satisfy and continuously meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform. 88fz strictly enforces a 21+ age policy.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Users.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using 88fz.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. 88fz reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.
5. You must not already hold an existing 88fz account. Each individual may hold only one registered account at 88fz. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Playing or wagering using funds belonging to another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
7. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 88fz, or a member of the immediate family of any such person, unless prior written consent from 88fz has been obtained.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88fz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered and keep your registered mobile number current and accessible.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your 88fz account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 88fz immediately at support@88fz.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

88fz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. All bets placed, transactions processed, and instructions given through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of who actually initiated them, unless you have notified 88fz of a security breach in advance.

All transactions on the 88fz platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88fz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change at 88fz's discretion and without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts unless otherwise communicated.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposit fees: 88fz does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees applied by your payment provider are beyond 88fz's control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal processing times: Withdrawals are typically processed within one to five business days, depending on your chosen payment method. 88fz is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.
• Withdrawal to deposit method: For anti-money-laundering compliance, 88fz may require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method.
• Identity verification before withdrawal: 88fz is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Funds not used for gambling: 88fz does not pay interest on account balances. If your account remains inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, an inactivity fee may apply in accordance with 88fz's prevailing policy.

All funds deposited into your 88fz account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method that does not belong to you is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

88fz offers various bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, and free play incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. A user is eligible for a specific bonus only if they meet all conditions stated in that promotion's specific terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lower percentage.
• 88fz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, engaging in low-risk bet hedging to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 88fz may void all bonus funds and associated winnings and may terminate the account.
• If 88fz determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was credited in error, 88fz reserves the right to remove that bonus and any resulting winnings from the affected account.

All games available on the 88fz platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to confirm fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate at the time of publication and reflect long-term theoretical return rates — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 88fz, you acknowledge and accept:

• The applicable rules of the specific game as published on the 88fz platform or within the game interface itself.
• That game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by 88fz or any user.
• That 88fz's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the complaints process described in Clause 14.
• That in the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or interrupted connection during gameplay, 88fz will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and honour resulting payouts. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be returned to your account.
• That bets accepted in error — including those placed on incorrectly stated odds, game configurations, or promotional terms — may be void at 88fz's discretion, with the stake refunded.

For sports betting and cricket markets specifically, 88fz reserves the right to void any bet placed after a relevant event has concluded or where material information was publicly available that the bettor could reasonably have known but which was not yet reflected in the offered odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fz platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with the 88fz platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the interface, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any element of the 88fz platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended features in games or the platform — including so-called "bug exploitation." Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the 88fz platform to deposit funds from illegal sources, cycle funds through the platform with minimal gaming activity, or structure transactions to avoid reporting obligations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88fz staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit payment through your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering on 88fz.

88fz is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. It should not be treated as a source of income, a method of financial recovery, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 88fz users through their account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

• Use the 88fz brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fz shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature — whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the 88fz platform for any reason.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or failure of the platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 88fz's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform, including losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or game features displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers in processing or delaying deposits and withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88fz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 88fz's negligence, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

88fz collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at 88fz, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 88fz collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. 88fz will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the platform.

Your continued use of the 88fz platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@88fz.org.

88fz may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 88fz reasonably suspects you of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• 88fz is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or licensing obligations.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to re-engagement communications.
• You have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools and the exclusion period remains active.

Upon termination for cause, 88fz reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will generally be refunded to your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation, subject to 88fz's AML obligations.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@88fz.org. Voluntary account closures will be processed promptly, and any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the 88fz platform, games, transactions, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact the 88fz support team at support@88fz.org with full details of your complaint.

88fz aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex complaints may take longer, and you will be kept informed of progress throughout the process.

If you are not satisfied with 88fz's response, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism established by 88fz's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request or as part of 88fz's final response to your complaint.

88fz's decision, once issued following the internal complaints process, shall be binding on both parties pending any outcome of an external dispute resolution process. No legal proceedings may be initiated in relation to any dispute until the internal complaints process has been fully exhausted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fz holds its international online gaming licence. By using the 88fz platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the process described in Clause 14.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88fz's right to bring proceedings against you in any jurisdiction where you are resident or where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
